Here are the two lines in the terms of service which would likely prevent you from doing it, but I'd recommend you directly ask their support.

    H. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the BMR services.
    I. Account sharing is expressly prohibited.

I am fairly sure that this isn't allowed. Having said that, I'm not sure how anyone would ever know you're doing it, since BMR doesn't require any sort of verification that you own the domains.

I understand the dilema faced and there seems to be no wriggle room in the TOS

However, there are a multitude of SEO firms who use 'bmr' as part of their seo strategy on behalf of their clients. In these instances I refuse to believe that the SEO firms actually own the domains as well.

I'd further that 'bmr' would lose out on a lot of revenue if it were to 'ban' these companies operating in this way.

I'm going to email to get a definitive answer.

You can't use your BMR account to submit to your client. Best you just sign up as an affiliate and give your link to your client.
