Hi everyone,
My website www[dot]kitchencabinetscenter[dot]com is a reasonably good sized one with 90 + pages and has recently been receiving good traffic.
The traffic is almost 300 uniques per day with 90% from organic SE and 9% through referring sites. Very recently, I am featuring on google Page 1 for the competitivr kw "kitchen cabinets online" which is the main kw for my site. I have a page 1 for at least 10 other pages on my site for the respective kw that my pages are targeting. Thus website is earning me currently approx $500 per just from adsense.

However my PR is 0. Since I am very new in the field of Internet marketing, I look fwd to your suggestions on how I can improve my PR.

Note: I have virtually no outgoing links from my website and I do have a lot of incoming juice links.

The PR shown on the Google toolbar or any other PR reporting tool is not real time.

The Google toolbar is updated every few months. You could have a PR4 site but the Google toolbar can show PR0 for example.

Don't worry about PR anyway, it has little to do with ranking.

PR comes when authority sites start linking to you, quoting you etc. It's why most microniche sites don't get much beyond PR1, because they have nothing work quoting .

If your content is good, really good, then leading sites will start linking back to you and your PR will start building. Of course, there are ways to game this too, with high-PR links etc. but if you are just trying to increase PR, like someone said, what is the point? Again, PR has nothing to do with rankings for particular keywords, it has to do with the overall authority of that page.

PR is based on backlinks. Get more links to your site. The more links, and the better quality they are, is what will increase your PR.

PR is only updated 3 or 4 times a year so it may improve on the next update (which could be pretty soon!?).

In all honesty it is not really important, as they say PR is vanity and Profit is sanity. So as long as your SEPRS, traffic and profit is there then PR is irrelevant.

Just keep on getting sites up to top 3 and then create another and repeat!!

    Well,

Thanks for your reply. Do you think submission to Ezine and squidoo will help boost my PR? I currently have submitted 40+ articles to eZine (not approved yet) but I hope that increases PR.

One reason why I feel PR could be important (though you guys will know better), is that if I want to get some private advertisind for my website, the advertizors look at PR as the essential element to advertize.

      Hi ashishb01,

From my experience, advertisers aren't interested in PR, they are interested in your traffic. The exception being SEO firms looking to buy links for the purpose of manipulating PR. The former being a legitimate advertiser, and the latter being a black hat marketer, the kind that will get your website de-indexed.

Also take into consideration that PR doesn't play a massive effect in rankings. I can't say that this theory is absolutely true, but in my experience with niche websites, most of my sites are PR0 and rank #1.

Focus on building traffic as much as you can and continuing the build of the website.

PR has less of an effect than most people think. Yes, it's still important. But a lot of people put too much importance on it. If your on-page SEO is better than your competition that is ranking JUST because of PR, then you'll usually beat them. Even if your PR is lower.

Don't worry about the PR too much. With more high quality backlinks that will rise. You don't need PR to rank of the first page of the SERPS.

PR does not equate to where your place on search engines. It sounds like you are writing really good SEO content and if you keep doing that you will start to receive natural backlinks which is what will raise your PR. But PR alone has nothing to do with placement

That's not your correct PR. Google updates PR once every three months and the last update was about 2.5 months ago. Next time that Google updates PR you will see your correct PR.

Google updates every after one month so wait and watch, may be your PR grow High.
Mainly PR depends on These factors, i m showing down.
    1)Age Or Reputation Of site
    2)Traffic on Site
    3)Back-linking of site
    4)On Page Optimization.
