Video title and desc is not showing in SERP as in youtube ?

I have a youtube video ranked in 1st page because i'm targeting very low competition keyword, but the title of the vid doesn't show in SERP as the one i entered in youtube
but desc is the same but before the it there is a piece of text like this : "Alert icon. Uploaded by 'channel name' on Sep 27, 2011" and only 2 words of my desc are shown
Can anyone help because i think this is killing CRT to the video ?
