PPC will save a lot of your effort and time. All you need for PPC is a good landing page for you to grab your leads. For SEO, you need to build links steadily as SEO is a time consuming process. If you rush, Google might de-index your site.

It does not have to be one or the other, a good marketing plan can encompass both ppc and seo. They both have their place.

Funny! But it was a considerable answer

Yeah, thats true, no one can expect result in short time in SEO. But i guess PPC too will not give results over night ryt? But still it will be quicker in comparison of "Link building" prcess.

You really need a very healthy budget to even make a dent in PPC these days. It was once very good but today I would put all of my efforts into SEO. You can outsource a lot of your SEO tasks and still be paying out a lot less over a month than you would using PPC. However this can vary depending on how competitive a niche is and its potential for generating an income.

Well it really depends what are your goals. If you have already prepared a very good informative site and are looking for instant traffic then PPC is the one for your, because SEO takes time from 3-12 months depending on your competition and aggressiveness of the campaign.

If you have new website and want to see how it performs in terms of return on investment you should definitely try it. But a much better option would be to spend some money in SEO and use PPC for a while till you are able to achieve organic rankings.

    Both.

PPC gets you instant traffic while you are working on your organic SEO which takes a while...

PPC is so far an excellent way of bringing your site to the top of search engines since it can be demographically accurate however could be costly in the long run. SEO is a time consuming process that can bring your website up the SERPS for the chosen keyword. With a good SEO plan, your website could stay there for an impressive period of time. YOur option depends on how much are you willing to spend. You can always do both if you have enough budget to spare.

You can work on both. If your client want to see the results right now then you can work on PPC but to build a long and lasting business you must focus on SEO. It depends on how you perceive your client's business.

PPC is a great complement to SEO and can be much quicker. The catch is that it isn't just a set and forget kind of thing. You have to track your campaigns and make the little adjustments for best results. Same thing with SEO, but I would say SEO is less hands on after you've achieved your desired rankings (not completely hands off, of course, but less so than PPC).
