Archive Pages, Duplicate Content and CTR Theme

I understand a lot of sites are losing PR due to duplicate content in the archive pages.

I am using the CTR theme and I am unaware of how to no-index the archive pages in the theme. I have tried to do this through the All-in-one SEO plugin to no avail.

I understand there are other plugins I can use but does anyone know if I can modify the CTR theme to accomplish the same thing?

I am asking here as there no longer seems to be any support for the CTR theme.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Shawn

  • Which CTR Theme are you using? Magnum, Adsense Pro, Adsense Pro Ultimate or Beink??

I think they have this feature to dofollow certain pages...

    • I am using THE CTR theme from Eppie. Do you mean which sub theme am I using?

I recently noticed the Robots Meta options in the page section to index and follow or not. I'm not sure how I can apply this to the archive pages, if at all.

      Any suggestions?

  • Seems "CTR Theme" is used by more than one vendor?

    • Correct!

There is another CTR Theme vendor (ctr-themes. com), from whom I have bought All in one pack and have been using it on some of my sites and I must say they deserve some respect. Top notch themes with super top notch support.
