Public Domain Content - right or wrong

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a right forum to ask this question.

I was reading and maybe misunderstand that all public domain .gov content could be copied and re-use legally. Am I right?

Could I get some content and spin it for article marketing?

Thanks!

  • There is some .gov content that is covered by copyright, but the majority of it is public domain.
  • Not all .gov content is public domain. "Some" of it is. Either way its still duplicate content so why not just use ezinearticle's or PLR its the same thing.

    • As stated some .gov material is copyrighted so you need to do your due diligence. I use a lot of this material and rewrite it with my own take on things. I leave in all of the main parts of the material but just word it in a different way. it does take a bit of time but it will then be unique content and this is what Google is looking for.

      Regards
