New Website SEO with Fiverr

This is the competition I am going to tackle with a new website. I will use fiverr mostly for offpage SEO in addition to doing some of it myself.
Content will be written by me. I'll try to write around 90 500+ word articles in the first month. Hope to see my site in the top 3 within 3 months.

Keyword has 5400 [exact] USA monthly searches. Site will be for CPA, no adsense. (won't monetize the site until I reach top 5)

I don't have EMD, but that shouldn't be a problem because there are no EMDs in the top 10 search results.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

    Since you write your own articles, I think you would get better links from something like BMR than Fiverr.

    Those $5 gigs will add up fast & I doubt you'll get much quality considering each gig will only earn them around $4 each. Would you do much work for $4 (I wouldn't)?
