On Site and Off site SEO

Hi Web experts,

Hope all are fine!

I would like to know that what is exactly difference between On Site and Off site SEO or some optimizers usually called it as on page and off page SEO? What is the ratio should be there to work offsite as well as onsite SEO?

    If u do any changes with in the website is called Onpage Optimiztion.
    If you do any work out side of the website is called Offpage optimization.

    onsite seo which you apply changes on website like, meta tag, content changes, image optimization etc. all those thing which will be changes in website

    offsite will not effect website but all those things like link building, forum posting, article submission, social media etc that all these thing will not effect internal things of website

    Basically if see, on page optimization is one time. When a site is launched, first we start with on page SEO. After doing on page of all the pages, off page starts and off page has no end. You always need to build back links to maintain your positions even after getting first position for keywords.
