New Google Algorithm. 35% of Sites Impacted!

Didn't see this anywhere.
Panda only impacted 13% of websites.
This update will impact 35%!

Looks like the big thing is this one will look for "Fresh" sites (new blog posts, etc.)

Not too scared about this one.
Whereas Panda aimed to knock out a lot of us SEO-ers doing kind of sketch niche stuff this one looks like it rewards us for working hard to publish new content regularly.

    • Yeah, there are a few threads already. And truth be told, this belongs in the SEO sub forum.
  • It doesn't sound all that bad. So long as fresh content doesn't completely eclipse decent data which was posted a while ago. Some information is timeless or at least long lived.
  • Wish people somehow start using Bing, I am number one there and tired of hearing updates the G is making to earn more
  • To add on, before they close this thread: the article says it will impact 35% of searches, not 35% of websites.
