I agree, more information is needed.

Titles do not have tags, however you can add a title and tags to each post that you make. With Blogger the tags are called Labels.

You may be talking about individual pages that you can create within Blogger, not a post page. You can create pages within Blogger, I believe up to 20. These are different from your post pages.

You can not add tags or" labels" to the pages you create, you can only add these to posts.

Without more information this is about as much as I can help.

    Good Luck,

    Ok,

That explained things a little better, you pages that you add will have a spot to enter a title just like your posts do. You will not be able to add labels or tags to these pages. You can not change your site title for each page....your URL will look like
http://yourdomain.blogspot.com/p/yourpage.html meaning that your title is going to stay the same only adding :your page title.

So if the name of my Blogger blog is "Computer and Stuff" then my blog title is Computers and Stuff, when I add a page the page will have a title of "Computers and Stuff: Title of Page". This is the same when you add a post, your site title on that post would be "Computers and Stuff: Title of post"

Your default Blogspot domain is set in concrete meaning this section of the URL stays the same regardless --->[.myblogname.blogspot.c0m/]page_name[/url]. It's only the page_name area that you are able to change which will obviously be dictated by what you title the page in question.

If your changing scope (one page for 'kiting techniques' the other 'cheap fishing equipment' for example), it might be best to make two (or how many) different Blogspot blogs; as they are free and can all be linked to one account.

EDIT: Pretty much what MDMMarketing stated in the above post.
