Market Samurai is a good one, with a free trial option so you can decide if it will work for
    you.

I use the googles free keyword tool and also Market Samurai. The keyword portion of Market Samurai is free. For competition analysis I use the free version of Traffic Travis.

If all you need to do is keyword research, Market Samurai is free. After the initial trial period, you pay to keep using the many additional features.

I Have Market Samurai the full paid version and I almost never use it because it's sooo slow. instead I end up using Traffic Travis which is FREE or at least there is a free version which is what I use. I like Traffic Travis because it's a lot faster. also the results it gives you are per day. Number of searches per day.

Yep Market Samurai for the win. I use it every day all day.

          SEO Competition Analysis

          Promotion.
It does everything...and it does it pretty well.

My only complaint is it's a bit slow when you start piling up the requests.
          But it's pretty amazing.

After 12 days of Trial usage...you have to buy it. Or sign up again with another email. Delete the ...User\ApplicationData\Market Samurai folder...reinstall, enter the new key...and use it for another 12 days...
          IF YOU ARE CHEAP...that works.

If you can afford it...I would buy it...
Install the trial first and then you will get an offer to buy it for $97.00? instead of 150.00 something.

You could also try Traffic Travis. It has free options as well.

          Good luck.

If you want something cheaper (not free) check out Niche Finder by Brad Callen. He has a WSO for that product.

For free, go with Traffic Travis over Market Samurai. It is far faster, and Market Samurai is an over hyped POS.

The Google keyword tool is all you really need though to find keywords. Just make sure you are using EXACT match and not BROAD match.

I'm pretty sure all of the keyword tools pull their data from the Google Keyword Tool anyway, right? I dropped Market Samurai months ago and went straight to the source.

MS is dog slow compared to the Google Keyword Tool. The data is the same, so why use the slower tool?

The best free option is Google Adwords Keyword Tool. If you were getting low amounts of traffic, that means you probably misinterpreted the search volume data (this is a VERY common mistake)

    well....
i have market samurai and like they say "great tool" if you have all day!

google kw search is good if you click all of the right ticks and kw phrases and stuff and divide by 30 days. hurts my head.

traffic travis is a great tool but the "free" key word tool scares me cause it is in alphabetical order and stops at around 200 so i am sure the better key words are the ones i can't see..(plus it is my "secrete" tool for other things so i don't want to tell anyone to use it)

so i could go on and on but.....for fast "exact" daily search numbers it is.......
    Wordpot -

    good luck

Also forgot to mention Scrapebox. Not much of a "research" tool, though. However, it can literally take 10 keywords and turn them into 1,000+ faster and easier than any other tool I've ever used.

After using the keyword tool and knowing the better competitor and holding more traffic keyword , observe it manually. From those some keyword choose such which highly matched with the entered query of people. As google show the result which has highly matched words with the people's query and with the quality content. So by manually observation of the keyword , one can get the best result.
