Adsense and PLR

Is it against adsense TOS to use all original PLR on a site? I've heard the many arguments about "duplicate content". I understand that google defines duplicate content as having the same material on the same site, and PLR is merely syndication. But, will adsense ban me for having all original PLR on a site? I'm not worried about ranking and supplemental indexing, I know how to drive traffic.

  • Ban .. i don't think so. Traffic with PLR is very hard.

    I wouldn't think so because "news" feeds are ok.

    What I would do is take a snippet from your PLR (30 words or less) put quotation marks around it and place it in a google search bar and find how many exact pages come up. If there is an enormous amount the PLR as it is written will not help you much.

    "but" things you can do...

    You can spin it
    you can ad a paragraph at the beginning
    you can allow relevant comments
    you can send on and off site links to it
    you can break it up and ad H1,H2,H3 and so on heading tages

    these are just some things off of the top of my head.

    • Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not worried about seo or ranking the unedited plr, I plan on driving traffic from other placed than google. I can get the traffic, just didn't know it it would be against adsense tos to use unedited plr to fill a blog.
