how to make a list of urls in open office clickable

ive pasted a list of urls into open office calc and need them all to be clickable

anyone know how to do this?

    You have to use the little hyperlink icon in the toolbar at the top middle of the page. Then assign a URL + Anchor-text for each individual link.

    You'll get a pop-up window to add the URL/anchor-text.

    If you highlight the word (anchor-text) first, the pop-up will already have the anchor-text filled in for you, then just add the url & click the apply button on the pop-up.

      i have 1000's of url's surely there is a quicker way?

    Actually I just tested a copy & paste URL, then saved as a PDF in OpenOffice & the URL was clickable.

    If you don't care about the anchor-text, it should work as the URL being clickable, worked for me.

    Hmmm... I know that emails are automatically converted to hyperlinks from a copy & paste, so there should be a way to import a long list of regular hyperlinks.

    Are you saving as a CSV file?
