I would really appreciate if somebody could set me up a webpage which will get adsense approved. I dont have an existing website or blog.

I did get banned from adsense around 6 years back for clicking my own ads.I didnt know much in those days. Around a year back i set up a website and wanted to add adsense to it and had submitted it 3 times and all got rejected without any specific reason.
