Facebook PPC and Amazon

I'm thinking about advertising amazon's holiday offers on facebook by way of direct linking. I've read their TOS and they prohibit direct linking from paid SEARCH ENGINE traffic.

Facebook is not a search engine. Can I still direct link?

    I actually implement this strategy at Present!
    Amazon works well with facebook.
    Make sure you add alot of people from niche related groups.
    For example, i have grabbed a few of my new friends from cooking groups fb.
    Keep at it especially at the this time of year
