There is no specific guidelines for Bing but in Bing reads urllist.txt as a sitemap.xml so do not forget urllist.txt in root folder of domain FTP( in public html folder) .

Bing is still a mystery among webmasters who might have even top-ranking websites on Google but may not seem that satisfied with their web status on Bing/Yahoo portals.
