Anyone else having problems with Tweetattacks?

I have been using tweetattacks for about 6 months. Two days ago I started having issues, when I click on "account statistics" in tweetattacks it gives the message "object reference not set to an instance of an object". On several random accounts, I close it and come back later and those accounts are fine but gives the message on different accounts.

Whats up with Tweetattacks?

  • Anybody else having this issue?
  • Na, its working like normal for me.

Take a screen shot & submit it in a ticket to their help desk, they should be able to tell you whats wrong.

  • I have been using TA for well over a year, faultlessly.

I received an email from them recently suggesting they were having to take the account creator off the market, but that existing members should be ok.

Yesterday TA stopped working for me altogether, the error message 'cannot verifiy license' pops up on start up.

When trying to contact support at TA I realise that all their servers seems to be down, with error 404's coming back!!!!!!! This is still the case over 24 hours later, so not an isolated downtime.

It seems as though the plug has been pulled on the product without warning or further help.

Is anyone still managing to use it ok? This is desperate timing as a client is about to sign a deal and I seriously need this software live.

    • It's not terrible. Those idiots who want to ruin twitter
with auto-this and auto-that, and pump up the
      spam, should all be canned.

I hope the lawsuit gets rid of this junk.

But then, China and India will step up to the plate...

    • Very interesting reading. The 'spamware defendants' as they're called were sued for 'Breach of Contract' for violating the TOS.

Twitter is also very specific in citing the 'claims' from their websites.

Really, these guys were STUPID as hell if you stop and think about it.

Harris was operating 129,000 ACCOUNTS ALONE! LOL

F Jayson and his company TBH.
  • Twitter was angry at these companies for finding a way to monetize Twitter before they thought of a way.

    • Twitter makes money by selling API access. See the problem yet?
  • its good call from them to go down..
