I'm just trying to find the easiest way to dominate easy niches on google.

Here is my idea in brief. It worked several years ago.Does it work now?

1) Finding a keywords, allintitle:keyword<300
2)Creating an article with a good on page seo, for that keyword and submit it.Where do you recommend?
3)100 Bookmarks, link wheel, dofollow blogs? How many links do you recommend?

What are the ways to dominate easy niches on google as fast as possible?

Why wouldn't it work? If no site is optimized for that phrase you'll have no problem achieving top rankings.

Dominating on easy niches in Google results is not applicable in very short period of time but you can get rank well in 3 to 4 months of continuous link building. Use niche base free/paid web and business directories for submitting your link then submit it into general directories.
Use top 200 social bookmarking sites to bookmark base URL of your website with them. Remember try to use maximum description variation bookmarking and directory submission.
Forum posting, blog commenting, blog post submission in free and paid blogging platforms and web 2.0 technologies, guest posting are good ways to improve your link popularity.

Conduct this continuous activity for three month, you will definitely get rank well against those less competition keywords.

Do you mean creating an article on a site that you have built up and own yourself or on an article directory like eZine?

Personally, I would prefer to use my own site rather than spending time and money getting someone else's article site a good position.

Also, the 'Google Sniper' (and similar methods) have become popular in the past couple of years - have you looked into these?

As per the methods that you have shown, the website will rank...due to the low searches..but to make money from those niche, you need to find really good keywords.

Yes, they are still effective until now. There are many SEOs today are still using those kinds of methods in optimizing their sites.

In addition, the latest Google algorithm update is giving more value to fresh contents.

    Thanks guys,

I will try to do that and will report here my results, but what is the best landing page I should use.No doubt, that could be the site with the domain this keyword, but if it's not available?

1)If my keyword is 3 or 4 words, can I register that with dashes?Example if the keyword are 1 2 3 and 4 so will it be effective to register 1-2-3-4.com/info/biz/net or 12-34/com/info/biz/net.What do you think about that guys?I've seen many similar experiment on google. They rank well, but some seo experts don't suggest that.

2)What else can be used?Goarticle , ezine, blogger, wordpress? What is better?

About the link strategies. What do you think will be the best link strategy I can use, to rank as fast as possible, in case my keywords are easy? And how many time should I build my links? If the keywords are easy for example allintitle<300 or 1000, about how many links do you think I will need?Bookmarks, link wheel, directories, articles?I don't like the idea to work 3 to 6 months.I just want to find a way to rank fast for easy keywords.

What about panda update, what are the most important things google has changed?

And also in case I start with my site, how many pages do you recommend min.I know that sites should have enough content, but since I do that only for keywords with not too much traffic, and I will repeat it in many similar, I don't want to spend so many time and effort and money to create large sites.

Link wheeling in not ethical activity nowadays because it considers as black hat technique and google not like it, therefore always use ethical ways to do this activity.

yeah I think that Micro Niche finder is the best tool out there for finding niches and dominating the first page of google. It's a great tool because it will cut down the time it takes to find a viable niche worth pursuing. I've used MNF on 4 adsense sites that ranked quickly and started bringing in passive adsense revenue within days.
