Adsense Clicks on Fiverr

Hello. I notice that on Fiverr if you search for adsense clicks there are a few gigs that offer the service that they will click on your ads. I filter by rating and chose the top 5. They all have about 94% success rating with lots of smiles faces and hardly any dislikes.

Alot of people are commenting that they were making money for months already using this gigs over and over.

I was wondering if anyone can advice before I make a stupid mistake and get my adsense account suspended or banned. Then having to appeal your adsense account and winning the case is hard.

Thanks

If you're goal is to slap a site on the internet, whip out your adsense code and make a quick buck, then it's worth a try.

But if you plan on doing anything long term with SEO or adsense, then stay away from it. It's hard to get away with nonsense like that from the most intelligent company in the world.

    • Well I have not done it yet. That is why I was just asking. I payed here on wf for 4 sites back in august that they build me 4 premium sites. I just never added the adsense codes to them. I pay alot of money to get them build.

I think I will just buy a few linkwheel that include social bookmarking, profile and blog commenting links, and a few edu and gov backlinks and just try to get my site to the first page and get links the natural way.

Sorry I was not trying to do anything ilegal, I am new to this and I just wanted to know if this would work without you getting your adsense account in trouble. I do not want to click on my own ads, I know that is wrong obviously.

      Thank you
  • Fiverr should add a Report button to report gigs like that.

If you do this you'll get your quality score reduced as none of the traffic will convert and it will hurt you in the long run. Don't order the gig, but report it to fiverr.

    • But isn't fiverr aware that this people are putting this type of services once they publish the gigs?
  • Play safe, don't mess with adsense.

IMHO Don't ruin another man business unless it directly offend you.
  • Not only would it be a very bad idea to do this because you risk getting your adsense account banned you also would essentially be stealing from the advertisers because the "clicks" would be from a person or a bot with no intention of buying anything and no interest at all in what the ad is promoting.
    • [ 4 ] Thanks
  • There are lots of gigs like these in the internet - not only in fiverr. If it doesn't sound legit (and it's not, if you read AdSense guidelines), stay away from it.
  • I believe by knowingly defrauding companies of their money it is considered theft...

You would be stealing money not only from Google, but also from their advertisers. You know better. You were just hoping someone would give you approval to steal so you would not feel responsible after you did it.

Then you could come back here in a week crying and writing up the next "Google Banned My Account" thread.

    • I would HIGHLY advise against this. Google will find out something fishy is going on and you will get banned and lose your account permanently! - it's just not worth it for a few measly bucks.

If you're serious about making money online I would recommend looking for a much more stable & long term business model - such as creating informative sites that provide value to your viewers - and then add adsense.
  • Advice: Don't do it.

What's a few meager dollars worth in contrast to building a lucrative long-lasting income with adsense?

If you concentrate on the big picture and the big goals - that's the direction in which you'll head. If you concentrate on the nickels and dimes (and things like click-fraud) - that's the direction in which you'll head.

And yes, sooner or later, all those getting clicks via fraud will be found out by Google. They may not even end up with a few extra dollars, as Google will close their accounts before they get anything at all.

Lol, that would be funny If it was Google/Adsense running a fiverr gig, just to clean house.

    Good luck with that.

    • That is a GREAT idea. And really, not too far-fetched....
  • I would stay away from such black-hat techniques to make money, it's not worth it in the long run, you don't want to spotted as a fraudster, in which case you are at risk of getting your AdSense account banned.

    • Kool thanks alot of guys. I think I will just concentrate on building links and getting my site to the first page of google and getting natural results.

      Sorry for the stupid question.

  • Usually, I say there is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid answers. Seems the OP knew full well this could get him in trouble but just wanted to have an opinion. So to reiterate what all have said, not a good idea. Google is not stupid.

Semutdesign earlier said don't ruin another man's business. I would report those doing this on Fiverr and anywhere else. First, I don't consider this a business, at least not a long-term viable one. Second, it's fraud by both the seller and buyer. Third, I believe it is in Fiverr's interest as well as their users, buyers and sellers, to remove these things.

I agree with you Paul, why would you think that for $5 someone can create a great web site or do good SEO. I have started on Fiverr about one month ago. I create a campaign for one product, one landing page. Yet, I got a query of "so you'll research and give me hundred keywords?". Fat chance. This is just $5 buddy. I think he understood and bought the gig.

The purpose is not to make tonnes of money directly. At that price and Fiverr taking $1, I don't make a profit, far from it. The purpose was further promotion of my business. Of the five gigs done so far, one has become a client so worth hundreds more, thousands even, a client I would not have found otherwise. That's the value to those offering gigs. Sure, there's lots of crapola, other gigs are for fun or just plain weird. But buyers have to realize they won't get the moon, just a $5 chunk of it. Sellers can't think they will make a living this way, at least selling only $5 gigs.

    • Stay away from anything that manipulates adsense in a dishonest way. Over several months I was testing many traffic delivery gigs, and most were mediocre to OK. However, unkown to me one of those sources resulted in clicking of an adsense ads. Google banned my adsense account and did not give me the money I had in my balance. And there is very little recourse in getting that account back. The people at Google are very smart (just look at all the info in google analytics) and they have ways of determining foul play. So try to play fair.
  • Don't risk it. It's against the rules of Adsense to paid people to click on your ads...

    • You get a group of people who are willing to click ads....then you have them each go on your Fiverr gig to tell you how great the service is and how much money they are making (we already know they have no scruples)...

...and then people who KNOW this is against the terms of adsense buy the gigs because there are so many "positive" responses. Ya think?

And then they come here to complain about a banned adsense account.

  • What would possibly make you want to do this? There's no money in it simply because your account WILL get slapped before you can take those ill gotten gains to the bank. This is why: You need at least $100 in the account before you get paid. That means you need high CPC niches to get that quickly. Imagine the algorithms monitoring your account. There's little to no activity. Suddenly, there's new content and big $$ clicks all from a network that's probably being investigated/red flagged already. Before you can say "I'm stupid!", you're banned.
  • I'm not trying to be harsh either but think about it for a second. If it was that easy everyone would be doing it. I would love to put up a few sites in markets like insurance and lawyers and such that pay very high amounts per click and then just pay someone on fiverr or run a bot to click the links all day while huge checks get sent to my mail box.

It's not that easy because by clicking the links just to click them and make some money you are defrauding the advertisers. If you put up a site and get traffic to that site and then visitors to your site see the ad and decide to click on it because it actually interests them, that is what the advertisers are looking for.

If only there was a way to pay someone to push a few buttons and have checks sent to you. That would be awesome.

  • I read (on another forum) about someone who bought this type of gig from Fiverr. Adsense caught him and banned him. It's just not worth it.
  • I must admit I did come accross that gig, it was tempting but I kept away. I did nt want to lose my adsense account that took hours of work. I am aware once you are banned it is hard to get the account back. Just keep away from those gigs....BJ
  • Adsense strictly prohibit such activites that include additional add click.
    Don't go with this technique.
  • Fiverr is the kind of site that is trendy.

What is hot right now, is not even allowed next month. And just because some people are happy with it, doesn't make it a good idea.

Plus, there is an argument to be made that this is stealing! You aren't delivering traffic, you are essentially clicking them yourself! Don't believe me? Try paying to have somebody killed and see what the punishment is when they get caught and give you up...

    Just sayin'...

  • That type of gig is very immoral, and probably criminal as well. I can't believe that no one at Fiverr is moderating what gigs are posted there. These gigs are definitely theives for hire.

Run very far away from the idea of doing this.
  • You will definetly ruin your adsense account doing this...You should concentrate more on you website traffic..clicks will come naturally.

    • Yep, don't do that or bye bye adsense account
  • Screw the fact that it would ax his account. It's fraud! Theft! End of story.
  • yup i agree with everything that has been said above not only is it wrong it should get your account banned very quickly

although the strange thing is i had a conversation with a guy a few weeks back and he had actually bought some of these stupid fiverr gigs, i said to him your going to be banned no doubt about it, week later and he was paid! these should be reported to fiverr imo
  • Don't do it. And don't let anyone else convince you otherwise. You're rolling the dice with your account and the odds are not in your favor.

Also, don't forget about the advertisers who are actually paying for these clicks. They're getting ripped off. This is one of the main reasons why I try to avoid the content network when working with Adwords.
