A simple video marketing for 10$?

Hey Warrz.
Today I was wondering what is the simpliest way to build some backlinks via video submission.

What do you think of the following idea, and does it worth?

1. Ordering a video review gig from fiverr.com for 5$.
2. Then ordering a video submission gig (to 30 high pr video sharing sites) from fiverr.com for 5$.

    to be honest i don't think it will work well..
    rather than submit it to many video site, i think it would be wise if we spend money on buying likes, favorites, comment, and backlink on your youtube video.
