'Click Here' In Adwords Ad?

Hey Warriors,
Does anyone know if it is acceptable to use 'Click Here' in the body copy of an Adwords Ad?
I remember reading sometime ago about a fellow warrior who was using "
'click here' in the display URL which was acceptable so long as the page was actually called "something.com/ClickHere"
Not so sure about using that term in the body copy but I would think it would surely boost CTR.
