Could "no follow" links be worth more than do follow

Ok so lets assume that we all know that Google gives you less love for posting on a "no follow" blog or forum than it does for do follow. With that in mind then only genuine posters (other than clueless oDesk experts) will post on "no follow" sites. These genuine posters are also likely to make more relevant and longer posts and probably will return to the conversation after other posts are made. I have to wonder if Google is starting to lower the value of non "no follow" links because of the huge amount of spam often found on them, and possibly examining the "no follow" links a little more thoroughly.

A nofollow PR4 link from Wikipedia Vs.
a dofollow PR4 link from some random blog.

Which do you think is worth more?

The truth is all links count for SERPs value, especially if they are relevant. nofollow just passes little or no PageRank.
