Higher Quality BMR articles = Higher PR links?

Hey everyone, new to the community, glad to have finally found this forum.

I just started using BMR and am curious about something. I wrote and submitted my first 10 articles and all were accepted. More importantly, I noticed my highest quality article got a PR4 link while the rest all got PR1 or 2. Does anyone have any experience with higher quality articles getting higher PR links or is this a coincidence?

I think they distribute it randomly so it's coincidence.
I can be wrong tho.
