If you want a unique IP for all 10 domains, a shared SEO hosting plan would be the least costly way to do it.

I'm promoting a great SEO hosting site in my signature. The 50% off code still works too

I have shared SEO Hosting with five IP's to make use of and it's $6.25/month. The benefit I use it for is using the same backlinks for each of my sites without any devaluation as you would if all your sites hosted on one IP.

Makes my life a lot easier

I hear from my friend seo hosting very bad (slow & not uptime). I intend this, I host main site in hostgator.com and i buy vps from other provider (Ex : myhosting.com) + 6 IPs. Domain 1 vs 168.144.92.48, Domain 2 vs 168.144.92.50, Domain 3 vs 168.144.92.68, Domain 4 vs 168.144.92.77 and all site link to main site. is it good ?

No that is not good if you are trying to have unique IP's. You want to have at least unique C-class IPs.

No not good. The third octet ("92") is the same for each IP. This means that these IPs are all on the same network and thus have zero SEO advantage.
