I have been using shared hosting for adsense before but with unsatisfactory result. Can you all warriors share your experience using shared hosting with adsense:

1. Which hosting provider you use
2. What package great for 10 sites (exactly how much bandwith is enough for let say 100k uv a month)
3. Ease of management
