Are those keywords OK?

I'm planning to use 3 main keywords, but they all contain my 1 keyword. For example:

my keyword tool
my keyword program
my keyword software

is this ok, or google take some actions?

    In fact, the more closely targeted your sites keywords, the better.

    Once you rank a larger selection of these types of keywords you will naturally start to rank for the broad "my keyword" version.
