I am planning to build a "authority" site in niche which around 5-6 other marketers know about.

I want to ask if i should use static page or a dynamic homepage? For dynamic page i will have all my recent post showed with an excerpt. I am more focused on building links to inner pages and ranking theme.

Also does adsense payout depend on from which country was the ad clicked from? Because most searches are outside of local (USA)
