HELP! With Ranking My Site

I am confused on how to get my home page and 3 of its pages up the SERP. I don't know whether to point all my blog comment, article marketing, forum profiles, social bookmarking and senuke to my money site or create a link wheel, link pyramid, link pushing, link tiers.
If I create a link wheel can I point all my home page keyword and pages to the 10 web 2.0s. My keywords are actually low competitive and the site(amazon) less than 3weeks. I need to jump to profitability as soon as possible.
The tools i have are AMR, TBS and SB.

I have not done anything for this new amazon site, i have built back links in the past for two of my sites for a year and didn't acheive any top ranking despite the low competitive keyword i chose. Thou i have my challenge, can use majority of the tools well due to network problem and the rest. This time i have decided to outsource the link building to fiverr and need to know where to begin my journey from. So far, i have $25 to use on fiverr.

  Make use of high authority link networks.In my opinion, this is best way to build permanent one way links. Brad Callen is going to launch a new SEO service Called SEO Link Monster which I'm still testing the effectiveness of this system. You can check my review if need more info. I have achieved couple of page one ranks for medium competitive terms by only using high authority blog networks.
