Question about Google Adsense .. Tax

Hi warriors,
I am just curious.. I live in California and I was just wondering, upon getting paid for Google Adsense, do they take out money for taxes? Or do they expect you to pay taxes on the money you make down the road? I do not have an Adsense account but I was just curious! Thanks in advance!

  • Unlike a job, when you make money on your own the company paying you does not take out taxes and pay the government on your behalf. You will need to pay your own taxes. This will not be unique to Google.

  • No friend you must pay your own taxes upon your earnings. Google pays it's own taxes and so on

  • I hate it when tax time comes around for adsense. I hate it because I have to file as a business and not just an individual.
  • You really think high of Adsense , Google report your income to IRS, but they certainly wouldn't do the taxes for you.

    When you online, you are the one in charge it is your responsibility to do the filling.
