If I have a site that I want to rank for "Raleigh NC Real Estate" AND "Raleigh NC Homes For Sale", with respect to back links would I get more "SEO Juice" from links if I created TWO separate links for each of the keywords above, or could I get away with ONE back link such as "Raleigh NC Real Estate and Homes For Sale" ?

It depends if both keywords are your main keywords and links from a same page then if you try to get link for one then it will work for page rankings but if you are trying to get keyword rankings then you will have to focus on both.

  • Create content for the two keywords and build links for the two keywords so that you can get much benefit from it.

Anchor text is one of the most fundamental yet misunderstood aspects of search engine optimization, in that most people view it as a way to simply improve the appearance of their links. While anchor texts do shorten your links and make them look more attractive, they also serve an even deeper purpose for search engine optimization.

Its much more preferable to create two separate links using the keyword you listed above.

It would be best if you create two page separately targeting those two keywords and then then build link back to those two pages.

yea target two separate pages with 2 different links pointing to different pages within the site. The more natural it looks to the search engines the better link juice you will get. Then bookmark each url.

You need to build two separate anchor text backlinks if you want to rank for both keywords.

One thing I have done is to spin the anchor text in a back link - of course this only applies to services which support the spin code.
