Where to buy legit PR6 or PR7 domains?

Anyone know where to find high-quality domains? I've joined a lot of message forums, godaddy, bought godaddy searching tools and visit other sites selling domains and every domain I find has low quality backlinks or is fake. And I won't buy PR domains that have low quality backlinks...

I've stumbled on to a few good sellers, but they currently don't have what I am looking for. Anyone know any good sellers around the net I could contact?

    What happened to this guy:

I found an honest domain flipper who knows his stuff and avoids fake PR. I was lucky enough to find him because now I don't have to pay membership fees, or spend time researching domains. He's a secret I won't reveal
Oh right, he sold you a fake PR8 that you continued to sell links on even after you found out it was fake. But you tried to save it by building a bunch of crap tumblr links.

Ouch, just saw the updated PR on it. Oops.

Quickest way is to type in

      info:domainname

      in the Google search field.

If it comes back with a different domain name, then the domain you looked up is getting its PR from a 301 redirect.

Also, if a domain has good PR and a very low number of backlinks, that is generally a warning sign.

Wow, that's slick! Thank you for explaining it to me. I was hoping to purchase a couple of PR2 or PR3 blogs to use for ALN.

The info: doesn't work most the time, I think it has to do with timing of the 301 redirect.
Best way is to look at Open Site Explorer
OP was trying to sell PR8 links to his site, and it had ranking of 1 on opensiteexplorer. I'll assume it's better now because he built a ton of tumblr links to it.
A PR8 on OSE should have a value around 90, with tens of thousands of uniqu incoming links. The OP's site had 4 incoming links and was selling links on his site as a PR8. Scammer.

    I like using expireddomains.net

You get some nice quality whitehat sites in there. It's pulling data from Godaddy's auctions but it's easier to hunt down good domains quickly and check fake PR but I have checked some with 0 PR and they have been PR5/6! because they are listed as the root domains and not www.

SEDO is excellent, I've used it 3 times to buy good quality domains one of which was a PR6 domain. It's also quite well regulated so you are less likely to get ripped off!
