Google Panda is the new thing and it requires the webpages to be evergreen. I understand this part, but what I do not understand is that if I have a website and it is completely made, how do I make it evergreen? After all you cant go around updating each and every single page almost every day or week. This brings me to my 2nd question - What about huge or big websites, how will they be managed if this is the case?
