Search for twitterers in your niche in Google using this below, and change the 'topic of interest' to your niche.

site:twitter.com "bio" AND ("topic of interest")

Follow the people that have the interest you searched for

You should pick up some easy traffic.

Obviously - don't spam Twitter.

  • Hi, yes I used twitter, and some people spam it, but the smart ones use it to benefit people and once you have a big following, they will click on your profile and see your website...and traffic will come. You just have to update it all the time to make it worth while.
  • ive been using twitter since xmas eve and ive had amazing results on my birthday jan 31st i had over 500 new followers. Ive had loads of sales from it, mailing list sign ups and much more.

    my biggest regret is i didnt use it sooner!

    • It does send you traffic. You need to comment with attractive comments - things that people want to read.

      The traffic is not that targeted - but using the tip above you can target people and build your community around it.

    • Twitter is a really good idea. The idea to think of it as a mini email list is a good idea. Treat it the same way, kind and honest.

    Using the search funtion of most content places (like forums too) will yield more strategic results than just posting without focus.
