Article Submissions - Any method recommended ?

I have decided to look into article submissions more so the automated variety, I am looking for a drip feed them over the course of a few days, could be software or online service to post articles to different sites / private networks.

    I would recommend using AMR for mass submissions/automation. If you do this don't link directly to your site. Instead, use the resource box to link to other article submissions that have already been approved or free blogs you have that link to your site.
