I would remove the small text above the video and replace it with a few bullet points. Make the text a little bigger and use maybe 3 bullet points.

Your idea of having "adwords goto more specific landing pages" is the right thing to do for a better quality score (lower cost per click) and better conversion rate.

I've got about 90 different squeeze pages doing this. Specific keywords match not only the specific landing page but also the ad title.
