What do you use to manage your SEO campaigns?

Lets say you have a group of five current customers which you are running SEO campaigns for simultaneously. The only logical solution, in my mind, for micromanaging every task in every campaign is to create multiple excel spreadsheets and check them on a daily basis.

Is there a better solution for such planning, scheduling, an to-do type tasks? I've tried out basecamp and it seems like a good solution. What do you use?

I use a bridge between my own software, basecamp to keep track of specific communication and MSM (sig) for costs/hours for projects per month. RememberTheMilk.com for my to-do's.

It all really depends on what you're trying to track specifically though. That works well for me, may not for you.

You could use a time management software called ClockingIt
