Thanks for posting this -- took the time to review a lot of this stuff and it seems that much of it will affect (if enforced) what a lot of people do here.

Found this example of what won't be allowed:

"Template or pre-generated "ready made" sites

Google doesn't allow template or pre-generated "ready made" sites intended to profit from AdSense ads or ads from other publisher networks."

Guess that means all of those "ready made sites for Adsense" are going to have a hard future!

Most of that stuff has been around and in place for ages, what is new from what i see is the whole policy changes thread which really does help when trying to keep a handle on the updates.

They are far reaching and comprehensive. It will be a whole new game for certain sectors that are effected by some of these new rules. They take heat from a lot of areas and so must adapt accordingly, as must we.

They may infringe on free speech and expression as well as privacy.

Wow ... that's a lot of changes to digest. I don't use Adwords, but those who do will have some changes to make.

Google always seems to make big changes regarding its own programs, some are good and some are bad. Some people with sites that are just for adsense then are going to be pretty gutted by this, i know i would be.
