Most people that are against it say that they don't want their search results diluted with social content. I understand that Google wants me to use Google+ instead of Facebook for social sharing, but I use Google to get the most relevant results and this new update gets in the way of that.
Google's recent update goes against their stance on providing the most relevant search results possible. Google may be running the risk of losing some users because they are watering down their search product.
I was just curious if anyone had any "love" or "hate" opinions about this new Google update. What impact do you think this will have on the search industry?
