Hey there, my sites are now receiving normal amount of traffic but conversions have always been an issue for me, like bounce rate are high even tough pages are tightly focused on single keyword.

So I am feeling may be understanding visitors behavior can help me out. So my question is: should I start by interpreting g analytics data correctly and if yes what;s the best place to master g analytics.

Google Analytics is the tool that gives you feedback, it's good to master the tool
but more than that you need to master content creation.

People get hooked by titles and stay to read enticing contents.

That's basically how you decrease your bounce rate and get more traffic.

You're going to have to make some choices. Mastering anything requires some dedication that includes your time, your willingness to learn, and your ability to learn it.

A few years back, when I decided to build my first website but didn't really know how, I found something called lynda.com and there I got some courses on how to use Dreamweaver. Her site has this for example:

As you'll see from the table of contents, there's a lot to learn when it comes to Google Analytics. If you think it's worth it, take the initiative and spend a little money that's going to help you make money. This is one example of how to do it.

Master by learning; master by doing.

Second and last, you can mine free information from the net on this topic. There's not too much that's not available free out there -- in fact most people selling WSO's mine this free information from numerous sources (while of course adding their unique flavor to it) and put together a package for people to enjoy.

Here's a free example of where to start:

But unfortunately, nobody is going to be able to tell you how to "master" Google Analytics with one thread posting. That's totally up to you.
