there are no legit SEO course I think SEO is skill that certain individual possess.

You can be taught the basic principles of SEO, but to be good at it you must have a flair for it.

You can find hundreds of WSOs about SEO. However, not all of them are effective. I've found that an ebook called Duct Tape SEO is very thorough and the method doesn't use so much money. You can learn a lot from it.
