Page Layout Algorithm Improvement - Your Views

Hey Guys

Have you heard about the new algorithm that was out on the 19th Jan 2012 about placing too many ads at the top of your sites??

So whats your views on this, what does this say for CTR theme and others too, anyone had any problems due to this or have restructured their ads a bit lower??

Would appreciate people's view on this??

  • Yeah it's definitely impacting ads or anything that look like ads from what I've seen.
  • So what are people suggesting still placing the ads above the fold or not?
  • It says it will affect less that 1% of the sites. If a site gets affected then try to reduce the number of ads or push them to the middle of the page.
