Some types of recommended free backlinking methods?

I really am not on a budget now for 50-60 dollars per month for high PR backlink services or article submission services that charge 20-30/month

any recommended cheaper alternatives. I did some web 2.0 submissions made blogs on blogger. weebly, etc etc, but am looking for more options

The only best free backlinks alternative is to build your backlinks manually yourself.

I am looking for places that I dont have to post a 300 word article (example if I make my own blogger blog, thats one backlink takes me how long? 20 minutes)

Looking for ideas of where to post , ie web 2.0 sites, etc

If you want to get free backlinks for your site then you need to build it yourself. And as per me blogs, articles, social bookmarking, forum these all are the best methods to get links from. But be sure to make post on high pr and quality sites and with the unique and useful content.

I would suggest you to build backlings on your own without having to pay, the backlinks that these low cost services offer will not help you, for quality backlinks that will really make a difference in your rankings you will have to pay much more. For that reason if you don't have the budjet you should do it by yourself here are a few ways that you could build links that will really make a difference:

Blog Commenting: You should find the top blogs on your niche and comment regularly, in that way you will get quality back links and targeted traffic too. (you can find the top blogs on your niche on technorati.com or blog-rank)

Guest Blogging: This is by far the most effective marketing and link building method. You should write unique quality articles and ask bloggers on your niche to publish them on their blogs in exchange for your links. You will get only 1-2 links from each guest post but those links will be more valuable than thousands backlinks from conventional article marketing. Except from quality backlinks there are even more valuable benefits than just backlinks. First you will get targeted traffic and leads that translates to sales (if you guest post on authority blogs on your niche you could get up to 300+ visitors in the first couple of days and those people will come to your site because they want to learn more from you not because they randomly search sites so they convert much easier) Second if you guest post regularly on blogs on your niche you will establish your self as an expert on your niche so it will be much easier to make people trust you. The last one and probably the most important is that you will develop relations with the bloggers, those bloggers influence people on your niche so the benefits are priceless.

Video Marketing: Each video page on video sharing sites like YouTube usually has a PR3+ and only a few outbound links so if you create informative videos and upload them on as many video sharing sites as you can with your link on the description you will certainly get a boost on your rankings additionally having videos on your own site will also help you rank better since google loves videos

I hope that you will find these suggestions helpful...

I certainly agree to that you should stay off those low príced backlinking services. The very best way to build good quality backlinks at a low price is to do it yourself. If you hire someone to create you some "magic 20000 high quality backlinks" for $5, then that will be like you beat your site up.

And regarding blog commenting. It's too spammy nowadays. besides, most of these services will post to Wordpress so your site will either get caught in Akismet spam protection or just get the association value (which is not bad itself). In most cases you will get highly irrelevant backlinks with pointless comments that will draw the blogs owners attention and kick you out.

As for free services. Well, my best guess is that it is just about the same as for "low price" backlinks.
Sofar I haven't seen any back linking service at low price that is worth neither the effort nor the money.

Do it the natural way. If you have some software that can create your "natural" backlinking in a faster pace, then great, but make it look natural.

You can outsource you web 2.0 , social network blog commenting from fiverr i guess. There are some good sellers out there. Buying any other SEO automation tool or subscribing to any will definitely be a little costly. Outsource at cheap rates and when you start making some good money , just buy some good tool like Senuke or AMR , subscribe to articleranks and BMR type of services.

I think it all comes down to what keywords you're targeting and how much effort you have to put in, in order to rank higher on Google.

The key to backlink creation is diversity, so yes, as mentioned here you can create videos, slides, pdf's, articles, of your content, submit it to the various sites available for each and grab the feeds of each of the sites you have submitted your content to.

If you're on a low budget, I suggest you start a free ping.fm account, get it hooked with low cost services such as hootsuite.

You then simply add all the feeds you have created and hootsuite will syndicate it automatically to all social accounts you created through Ping.fm

You can also submit those feeds to rss aggregators and get them viral.

As for commenting, I have recently created a simple tool, and you're more than welcomed to give it a try, just google "ultimate backlink finder"
It's a free backlink tool that helps finding sites in your niche where you can place your links, submit your site, or comment.

Start with quality, high PR Backlinks, mainly from EDU, GOV sites as they are highly rated by search engines and will boost your rankings much faster than hundreds of low quality backlinks.

        Hope that helped

Do pay for some good content and then submit it to the guest blogs. Guest blogging is the best way to get backlinks. Paid and exchange are prohibited to no need to waste money on them. Google only appriciate that practice of link building that is coop with some effort.

I'm not gonna tell you that you can't rank your site well in Google going the cheap or free route, but for me things started turning around when I invested a little in my business.
I do my SEO in batches, and spend around $70-$75 a month for 5 websites.
This works out at around $15 per site and is well worth it since they make me a lot more than that each month.

My point is that if you can't afford it, that is fine, but just remember you are trying to build a real life, online business. How many real businesses can you run for $75 a month?

So if you can swing it, try and invest a little more, else try and save up.
You will be amazed what results you get when you start investing smartly in your business.
That said, it can definitely be done using free methods. I just prefer paying a little.

    All the best.
