any one have a list of high pr profile creation sites list then plz share with me i really want this, because it's really affected in ranking and also get many backlink

I don`t have a list but why don`t you try using Paul`s profile backlinking package ($8/month for 50 profile backlinks) or Angela's profile backlinking package ($5/month for 30 profile backlinks) - they give you full PDF on how to get those backlinks. I use Paul's service, it's pretty easy to go through and it gave my sites some good boosts

I don't think somebody will give their lists for free You should try to find yourselves some DO-FOLLOW forums online, try with a search query "Your keyword + Dofollow forums". There are a lot of discussions about this

  Yea he is right and if you need some do-follow updated list you need to google it.You can find somewhere here in this forum but they might not be updated.Just work for a few minutes and you can get it.

  Can't show, but will try to explain. You create a profile on a website, usually forum, and put your keyword with link toyour website in your Bio, or Signature. Then when you go look at your profile summary page, you will see your links there.
  
  I find profile backlinks very powerful, and they get indexed fast
