First of all there is no tool that will tell you "exact" position of your site for any keywords.
Basically because:
- there is no standard SERP, depending on niche different people will see different results
- different tools are using different methods to get SERP ranking so if you would use couple of tools you might get different results

But you still need to know where you are. To do this you can use two step strategy:
1. Use online tools to check your rankings on a daily basis (like serpfox . com where you can have up to 10 keywords monitored for free)
2. Check your web analytic software where you should have information from which position visitor came (not counting "secure" visitors)

Honestly the most accurate one is "Top 10 SEO Competitors analysis modul" inside Market Samurai. But it will help you only if you're up to TOP10 on page#1.

But if you have many keywords and many sites, then I would choose probably Rank Checker Plugin but beware it's very inaccurate, sometimes +/-15positions, some keywords doesn't show at all.
