I want to check rank of my website with .fr TLD from outside of Franc. How can I do it?

Is there any tool/website that will help me to check local ranking like .uk, .fr, .de etc?

I believe that Market Samurai uses American proxys by default.

So you could buy that, and i think you'd be getting US stats.

but if you have a .fr domain, it will most likely only rank around france and french speaking areas for many keywords

    Get Keyword Reseacher at CleverGizmos.com.

Use Google search url parameters. Like in this example:

    google.com/search?q=your+keyword+here&hl=en&gl=US&pws=0&start =0

    (hl=en) Language: English
    (gl=US) Geo Target: USA
    (pws=0) Disable Google Personalized Search

If you want to get french data based results use this: (hl=fr) and (gl=FR)

    Hope this help.

Yes, this is very good, but you can automate this process by installing MOZbar extension for Chrome.
You can define there your targeted countries and search engines and just click on it to get results for a specific location

The local listings may differ based upon the location of the searcher and the
personalized results. Count only the rankings in local listing. The results
could be in 7-pack, 10-pack or integrated in web results. Use Adwords Ad
Preview tool to check the rankings.

No need to buy any tool for that. Use Google's own ad preview tool.
