Hey there

what software or tool\service via www should I pay for to get best\easiest SERP increase for niche sites

what tools do You guys use ? how many different tools ?
im struggling to find consensus between paying for seo and 'wasting' my own time on backlinking

Easy to do. Add content yourself and outsource the backlinking. Or outsource both tasks. Go through elance or odesk to find ppl.

  Micro niche sites are easy as long as you did proper kw research, what works for me is:
  
  10 BMR posts or 50 high PR society posts
  100 AMR articles
  50 web2.0's
  
  Or something along these lines, depending on your kw research you reach page 1 or the top of page1 and if your kw research is bad then you stay behind.
  
  I'm talking about micro niche sites with min 1000 exacts and $1 cpc like they are sold here on the forum.

BMR has a 10 free links trial. Point all 10 backlinks at a single page with appropriate keyword anchor-text, & keep an eye on the SERP position for the page your trying to rank.

Max out the trial for at least 3 weeks, meaning don't cancel while your watching the SERPs for at least 3 weeks. Chances are it won't take that long to see SERP movement for your page, then again all keyword competition is not equal.
