Any Duplicate Content Filter For WordPress?

Hello, I would like to know is there any duplicate content filter plugin for WordPress that works this way that it does not let post with duplicate headlines and content be published.

On my site users create content and it is quite time-consuming to check all posts and publish them myself.

Yes, I use WordPress › WP-eDel post copies « WordPress Plugins, but there are others too, just search in the plugin repository.
