Adsense Problem...need Help

Hello Warriors
One of my friend made an education site and requested for the adsense ads.
Google gave him the Blind ads but after 2 or 3 hrs, adsense removed the Ads and gave the "Unsupported Language " Issue but there is nothing like same.

So what he should have to do for getting the permanent Ads

Any Tip or Advice

Without any doubt its a new website. i think the best way is to wait. just gather visitors and some social media likes/ follows. then put the ads. Google will think that its an important site cause it has visitors. ans the ads will be permanent.
