Have you done any backlinking? Are you ranking for any keywords at all? Is your site being indexed?

If you think your problem is with title tag, meta tag and keywords than I'd suggest you attempt to fix those three things since those are fairly simple fixes.

    Good luck!

if you're willing to spend a little money to make money then I would look into just hiring someone to do your SEO for you.

All over this forum are ways to help with your backlinking. You sites should have like 8-10 well ranking sites that you post your link to every time you post something new.

You may want to go after the low hanging fruit to start with. Try to rank for some long tail keyword variations and then rank your primary keywords over the course of a few months. You may also want to aggressively reach out to larger blogs and submit a guest post in exchange for a back link to your blog. That should produce some instant traffic.

You need to go after broad keywords as well as check out what strategies your top three or top 5 competitors apply..
I always check what my competitors are doing and analyze how can I beat them.
As far as adsense is concerned, unless your website is ranking well in serp's , nobody is gonna come to ur website!!

The first thing you want to do is make sure you are in a niche where you have a shot at ranking for. If you are trying to rank for the term "computers" don't expect to be getting traffic or earnings for at least a few years! Secondly, if your keyword choice is ok, you want to make sure your on-site SEO is solid. If you know how to fix it, do so. If you don't , either learn how to do so or hire someone to do it. Finally, you should do some link-building in order to increase your off-site SEO. I personally recommend using a combination or BuildMyRank and Unique Article Wizard. Both are payed services and are definitely worth the investment if you are willing to learn how to use them effectively. Hope this helped!

From my testing you dont need the Allow:/. You just need the pages you dont want crawled as Disallow:/contact us (or whatever page). I changed that and my site was perfectly crawled the day after.

Not making money...Join the other 99% of people who try to tackle this game. Took my 5 years to master this game. I found the secret is quit asking questions b/c that brings up 200 more you need answers for!!!

When you say you didn't get any traffic, what have you done to generate traffic? Are you trying to rank well in Google, use PPC, writing articles and submitting them to directories?

If you're going the SEO route, you need to get your keywords in the url, title description, headers etc for one, and then get some good backlinks coming into your site.

    Focus on that for now.

Do some SEO work, get some quality links, from high PR sites. Vary the types of links you get and most important, do this consistently. If your on page SEO is shky, get someone to look at your blog for you.
