How is Market Samurai since the update?

Hey Guys,

I've been pondering the idea of buying market samurai but I know they have gone through a lot of updates in the past few weeks due to google...

Would you guys still recommend it and how is it working for you since they made the changes?

    I am also about to get it since it's on sale. I've been looking into and it looks like a great tool to have. I would say go for it.

    Would like to hear from others who have used it.

    I have it, use it daily and it's working just fine.... as I was writing earlier in another thread, if you sign up with them and choose the Ed Dale option you can get a 40 days free trial .

    It has it updates...the search depth is in the top 100 now. I haven't notice any crashes yet. I use it for seo competition and backlink checker (majestic seo)

    Ever since the update, it's back up to its par. I love it. It can help em analyze my competitors and tell me what I have to do. It also helps me find any domains available for my particular keyword. It's worth it.

    The PR analysis is back and that was one of the main issues that it had a couple weeks back.

    I would still recommend Market Samurai even after it's update. It is essentially back up to where it used to be EXCEPT for the rank tracker. However, Long Tail Pro is also an alternative you might want to look into if you are at all worried about the rank tracker feature. Hope this helps!

      Rank tracker is a tool I used often (Like Many) and I know it had problems, one was it ran position errors for a while when doing updates by taking in a 50 page count to get data quicker over the 10 page.

      At the time when it went belly up i switched to rankerizer to do the rank function and have been using that.

      Today I ran an exact side by side test for 30 keys and to my surprise rankerizer pulled around 25 or so in those 30 results but market sam only pulled around half a dozen results.

      My initial thoughts were MS was on the nose still. but on (my) study I found that market samurai was in fact producing the correct results and rankersizer was pulling wrong data and part of that may be the same problem MS has for a while because they are using a 50 results per page format and it from that is producing the errors.

      So for me at least I will be going back to MS as a more reliable source of ranking data from rankerizer at least.

      Have had MS for a couple years and am probably on the low end user. I was looking for a tool that provide keyword profitability value. Does MS have this built into it? I know Micro Niche finder has the OCI (overall commercial intent) which supposedly gives an idea of a keyword's commercial value.
